BMS LFP 8S 200A JBD (ZP08S002) is a heavy-duty LiFePO₄ battery management system designed for 8-series (8S) / 24 V lithium battery packs. It supports 200 A continuous discharge current, includes passive cell balancing, and provides multiple safety protections such as over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protection. It is ideal for high-power solar storage systems, EV battery packs, inverter/UPS backup systems, and industrial lithium battery applications.
The JBD ZP08S002 8S 200A BMS is a high-current hardware battery protection board designed to manage and protect 8-cell LiFePO₄ battery packs with a nominal voltage of about 25.6 V. The BMS continuously monitors individual cell voltages, battery current, and temperature to ensure safe and stable battery operation.
This model supports 200 A continuous discharge current and can handle short peak currents up to about 220 A, making it suitable for demanding applications such as electric vehicles, solar energy storage systems, heavy-duty UPS/inverter batteries, and industrial power systems.
The board integrates a passive balancing circuit that automatically equalizes voltage between cells during charging. This improves battery stability, maintains consistent performance, and extends overall battery lifespan.
It also uses a common-port design, meaning charging and discharging share the same terminals, simplifying battery pack wiring and installation. The board is built with high-current MOSFETs and large heat-sink pads, enabling reliable operation under heavy loads.
