The JBD NMC 17S 50A BMS (model ZP20S007 / 81RT) is a high-performance smart battery management system designed for 63V lithium-ion (NMC) battery packs. It supports 17-series (17S) cell configurations, making it suitable for high-voltage applications such as electric vehicles, solar energy storage systems, and industrial lithium battery packs.

This BMS integrates advanced battery monitoring and protection technology, ensuring safe and stable operation. It continuously monitors individual cell voltages, pack current, and temperature, protecting the battery against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits, and overheating.

The system includes automatic passive balancing, which equalizes cell voltages during charging. This improves battery efficiency, reduces imbalance, and extends battery lifespan.

With a 50A continuous current capacity, this BMS is ideal for medium to high-load applications such as electric scooters, e-bikes, solar storage systems, UPS systems, and DIY lithium battery packs.

JBD smart BMS models support UART communication, RS485, CAN (optional), and Bluetooth connectivity (optional), allowing users to monitor real-time battery parameters like voltage, current, temperature, and SOC (State of Charge) through mobile apps or PC software. Parameters can also be customized for optimized performance.
