Description
BMS NMC 16S 40A JBD (ZP16S011) (878k)
The JBD NMC 16S 40A BMS (model ZP16S011 / 878K) is a reliable and intelligent battery management system designed for 60V lithium-ion (NMC) battery packs. Supporting 16 series (16S) cell configurations, this BMS is ideal for electric vehicles, solar energy storage systems, and medium-power lithium battery applications.
This unit provides advanced battery monitoring and protection, continuously tracking cell voltage, pack current, and temperature to ensure safe and efficient operation. It prevents damage caused by overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits, and overheating.
The BMS features automatic passive balancing, helping maintain equal voltage across all cells during charging. This improves battery efficiency, enhances performance, and significantly extends battery lifespan.
With a 40A continuous current capacity, it is well-suited for electric scooters, e-bikes, UPS systems, and DIY battery packs. The board uses high-quality MOSFETs, low-resistance circuitry, and compact PCB design, ensuring stable operation and good thermal performance.
JBD smart BMS models also support UART communication and optional Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to monitor real-time battery parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, and SOC through mobile apps or PC software.
