The JBD NMC 14S 60A BMS (model ZP16S011 / 654T) is a high-performance smart battery management system designed for 52V lithium-ion (NMC) battery packs. It supports 14-series (14S) configurations, making it ideal for electric vehicles, solar energy storage systems, and medium-to-high power lithium battery applications.
This BMS features advanced battery monitoring and protection technology, ensuring safe and efficient operation. It continuously monitors individual cell voltages, pack current, and temperature, preventing damage caused by overcharging, deep discharge, overheating, or short circuits.
The system includes intelligent passive balancing, which equalizes cell voltages during charging to improve battery lifespan and performance. With a 60A continuous charge/discharge capacity, it is suitable for demanding applications such as electric scooters, e-bikes, solar storage, UPS systems, and DIY battery packs.
JBD smart BMS models support UART, RS485, and optional Bluetooth communication, enabling real-time monitoring through mobile apps or PC software. Users can track voltage, current, temperature, and SOC (State of Charge) and adjust protection parameters.
