The JBD NMC 14S 40A BMS (model ZP16S011 / 99GH) is a compact and intelligent battery management system designed for 52V lithium-ion (NMC) battery packs. It supports 14 series (14S) cell configurations, making it ideal for electric vehicles, solar storage systems, and high-performance lithium battery applications.
This BMS is built with advanced battery protection and monitoring technology, ensuring safe and stable operation of the battery pack. It continuously monitors each cell’s voltage, pack current, and temperature to prevent damage and extend battery life.
The system features automatic passive balancing, which equalizes individual cell voltages during charging, improving efficiency and longevity of the battery pack. With a 40A continuous discharge capacity, it is suitable for medium-power applications such as e-bikes, electric scooters, and backup systems.
JBD smart BMS models often include UART / Bluetooth communication support, allowing users to monitor real-time battery parameters like voltage, current, SOC (State of Charge), and temperature via mobile app or PC software.
