Description
BMS NMC 13S 100A JBD (33a66)
The JBD NMC 13S 100A BMS (model 33A66) is a high-performance smart battery management system designed for 48V lithium-ion (NMC) battery packs. Built with advanced monitoring and protection technology, it ensures safe, stable, and efficient operation of battery systems used in electric vehicles, solar energy storage, and industrial applications.
This BMS supports a 13-series (13S) lithium-ion configuration, delivering precise control over individual cell voltages and overall pack performance. It features intelligent balancing, which helps maintain equal voltage across all cells, improving battery lifespan and performance.
Equipped with smart communication features (Bluetooth / UART / CAN optional), users can monitor real-time battery data such as voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge (SOC) through mobile apps or PC software.
The system provides multi-layer protection, including overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and temperature protection. Its robust PCB design, high-quality MOSFETs, and thermal management make it suitable for high-current applications up to 100A continuous discharge.
Designed for reliability and flexibility, the JBD BMS is widely used in electric scooters, e-bikes, lithium battery packs, solar storage systems, UPS systems, and DIY energy projects.
