The BMS LFP 4S 60A JBD (HP04S024) is a high-performance battery protection and monitoring board designed for 4-series LiFePO4 battery packs (12.8V nominal). It ensures safe charging and discharging by monitoring voltage, current, and temperature of each cell.
This BMS supports 60A continuous discharge current and up to 30A charging current, making it suitable for medium to high-power applications such as electric vehicles, solar energy storage, portable power stations, and UPS systems.
The board includes passive cell balancing (30-60mA) to maintain equal voltage across cells, which helps extend battery life and improve performance. It also features advanced safety protections including over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protection.
