BMS LFP 4S 150A JBD (CP04S024) is a high-current battery management system designed for 4S LiFePO4 (12.8V) battery packs. It supports 150A continuous discharge with built-in cell balancing and multiple safety protections such as over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature protection, making it ideal for solar batteries, electric vehicles, UPS systems, and high-power lithium battery packs.

The JBD CP04S024 4S 150A BMS is a heavy-duty battery protection and management board designed specifically for 4-series LiFePO4 battery packs with a nominal voltage of 12.8V. It monitors each cell’s voltage, pack current, and temperature to ensure safe and stable battery operation.

This BMS supports 150A continuous discharge current and can handle peak currents up to about 180A for short durations, making it suitable for high-power applications like electric scooters, solar energy storage systems, inverter batteries, and portable power stations.

The board includes passive cell balancing, which equalizes the voltage between battery cells during charging. This improves battery efficiency and extends the lifespan of the battery pack.
