At TheLithiumHub, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all lithium batteries, EV products, and accessories. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if the item has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at Help@Thelithiumhub.com or through our customer support number.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
You may still request a return after receiving the product, subject to our return policy.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product on arrival
Product not functioning as described
Conditions for Return
The product must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Help@Thelithiumhub.com with photos/videos as proof.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used lithium batteries
Customized or special-order battery packs
Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer
Refund Policy
Refund Approval
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
TheLithiumHub reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims based on evidence and product condition.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
Shipping Charges
Original shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product delivered.
Replacement Policy
If the received product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a free replacement after verifying proof.
Replacement will be shipped within 3β5 business days after approval.
Order Not Delivered
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe:
You may raise a support ticket for investigation.
Refunds or reshipment will be provided based on courier confirmation.
